Covid-19 Concern:

UPDATE 4/21: For the health and safety of our staff and patients, the entire staff at Chen Family Dentistry of Rochester has been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Infection control has always been our top priority. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by ADA (the American Dental Association), CDC (the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and OSHA (the Occupational Safety and Health Administration). We check on updates constantly and adhere to each agency’s recommendations.

You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and our staff.

We will ask you to fill a screening form (see attached) related to Covid-19. Please read carefully. If you have any of the symptoms listed in the form please inform us immediately.
